There is a medical program my school is offering. Its a 10-day feild trip. It's wonderful opportunity to learn about medicine, doctors, surgeries, and more. The only problem is that its $2500! How long do you have? I know that my daughter's school had a little known benefactor in the area that would fund trips like this for worthy students, you had to ask guidence to submit you for the monies. Not sure if that's something you could try.
Other than that, you've got some good ideas on here- bottle drive, car wash, candy bars (get them from Sam's club and sell for twice the cost), dog bath service, lawn mowing, leave raking, anything you can do for homeowners to lighten their load is always appreciated, if you ask for $10 or so they'll do it. |

I once was in the same situation i wanted to rise money to go to france on a very important school trip(a few years ago), i thought how will i raise the money in time? i thought of doing a bake sale but then the ingredients would cost money the same for a car wash, but baby sitting and dog walking are good ideas to get you started, or you could try a fundraiser ask people to sponsor you, think of an idea to start of with like fancy dress for the day or characters from movies or cartoons or just come up with your own theme and ask anyone who might want to help out good luck and hope you raise enough money to go |

You have to be careful what you choose to do to raise the money. A lot of things might end up costing you money! Like if you can't sell all of the product, burn the cookies, etc. Plus several of these things you have to have money upfront to get started. Car washes are nice but how many people will be helping you? Two or three people will be wore out in no time. Do you have a business that will let you have a car wash there? Who will pay for the detergent, bring towels, etc.?
How about talking to local businesses, hospitals, doctor offices, etc. who might have an interest in donating to help you be able to go on the trip. You might also try donation cans set at grocery stores.

Doing car wash is a good way. Sitting up a booth's in front of say your local walmart with a sign saying, "taking up dontations" is a good way.
Go to like your local krispey cream store and work out a deal with and start selling doughnuts around your area as a fundraiser. You could also mow lawns. |

if your govt allows you to work legally u could get a job as a cleaner. i earn £70 (about 140 usd) per week for 9 hrs work cleaning a shop in the early moring. and about £ 30 (60 usd) cleaning someones house each week. otherwise waitressig car washing or baby sitting is a good way to do it.
