Fastest way - have a garage sale or sell your stuff on Ebay or the local pawn shop. Best way - find something you know how to do - like mow lawns, etc. - and make money doing that.

I've been there. One of the most promising ways is to have a yard sale. Go through your house and see what things you can sell for a good profit, and what things you don't use anymore. Another way to get quick cash is opening some kind of stand. Since it's summer, the key stands are ice cream, snowcones, etc. however, you can also sell crafts. Whatever you can make in your hands.
