Well, I'm a bit iffy on the whole British currency thing, but I know an 11-yr-old who made at least $60 by buying plain flip-flops cheaply at a dollar store and then buying some really cute ribbon from a craft store. She decorated the flip-flops by cutting the ribbon into small pieces and tieing the ribbon all along the straps. It looked almost fluffy. Just make sure you tie it tight. She made more than $5 per flip-flop since she charged maybe $8.
She also made bracelets. She mailed everyone she knew a "catalog" with a little flyer she'd made on her computer advertising her work, leaving her email address, and offering custom bracelets/flip-flops.
Good luck! |

she could talk to family and friends about helping them with big cleaning jobs, I helped a lot of people at that age clean attics, garages and even closets. |

having the insight of looking at some of the answers already given she cannot deliver papers as suggested by some it's illegal in this country she could however help someone who already does one but NEVER on her own. the only thing that she could do is to come up the some kind of product to sell and then she'll need supervising by an adult
car washing was an other yep again but only with someone with her
she is wide open to exploitation has you can see from some of the answers |

I'm 52 years old - have never heard of "dosh" or "quid" - I'm the mother of 17 children (ages 40 down to 8) and have 8 grandchildren (ages 20 down to 3 months).
Here are some ideas how your 11 year old "sis" can earn money.
Babysitting (if she is showing that she can be responsible, honest, trustworthy, and a hard worker).
Mowing the grass for elderly people in your community (if she is tall enough to see over the handle of the lawn mower).
Helping your parents with the housework (if they can afford to pay her a little. My husband & I are living well below the United States poverty level but we can always scrape together a few dollars to pay our children and children when they help us with the housework and mowing our lawn if they did a good job.) |

Chores around the house for a decent pay (over three dollars but less than ten dollars for someone her age) is the most popular way to earn money. |

Your sister could:
1. Walk dogs
2. Wash cars
3. Help neighbors with chores (neighbors you know well enough to leave her with)
4. Deliver news papers
5. Help out at your local church
6. If she's good at arts and crafts, she could make things and sell them. Beaded jewelry, t-shirts, etc. |

You could actually have her do chores around the house. Like washing the dishes, taking out the trash, cleaning up the rooms. Each could be at least five dollars. |
