There should be a toll free # you can call next to the yahoo charge in your cc stmt. Call that # and ask.
If there is no number provided, call the CC company and tell them you'd like to dispute the charge because you feel that you did not authorize it. They will reverse the yahoo charges for you temporarily and will contact yahoo for further inquiries. If yahoo cannot provide them with satisfactory answer, the reversed charge will become permanent so you won't have to pay a thing. On the other hand, if yahoo is able to provide proof on the charges (that you DID authorize it, what it's for, etc), then the charges will no longer be disputed and you'd have to pay for it... but at least by then you'd know what it's for. |

Call the credit card company, let them know you didn't charge anything from yahoo. The credit card company will remove the charges on the card, but they will also tell you that although they are removing the charges, Yahoo may still try to collect. You may have to call Yahoo also to get it straightened out. |

phone up your credit card company and ask for a query to be put on the transaction you don't know what it's for, then email Yahoo customer services or telephone them regarding this matter if you get no satisfaction go back to your card company and tell them you didn't purchase/subscribe to anything to do with Yahoo and that you want them to look into it for you. This could result in your card being cancelled, But don't fret they will send you out a new card with a new PIN and you will be reimbursed for the transaction that caused the trouble to begin with. |

You need t call your customer service on your credit card. They can tell you the activities on your card. They can also tell you location transaction took place. Make the call ASAP. You don't want anyone messing with your credit. |

My credit card statement usually shows a phone number by each charge that I can call to ask questions about that particular charge. Check to see if your statement has one. If it doesn't, call your credit card company customer service line and ask them for a phone number or other contact information for whomever put the charge on your card. |

I would agree
You have either signed up for something on yahoo that has a charge or someone has been using your card. |

Call the phone number next to the charge and request a description of the fee.
If the fee doesn't belong to you, let your bank know right away so that they can credit your account and initiate a chargeback to the merchant using the correct reason code for an unidentified charge. 4863-MasterCard, 75-VISA |

There may be a phone number or account number next to this charge. Call your credit card company to investigate and dispute the charge if you think it isn't yours. |
