If you have poor credit it is highly unlikely a legotimate lender will exacerbate your problem by lending you more money. About your only option, in my opinion, is a hoem equity loan IF you own your residence.

Only the scammers are going to lend money to people with poor credit. You will get bad interest rates and there are probably all sorts of fees. They would probably be hoping you fall behind on your payments so they can hit you with more fees and maybe up your interest rate. These guys will also have the most aggressive collections possible.

Anyone that will loan you money when you are behind on bills is by definition, NOT legitimate. You don't need an loan. What you need is a budget and possibly more income.

please do not fall for the people that answer your question that claim to offer you a loan regardless of credit etc. if you do some research you will find that they are from overseas and they are SCAMS. you do not need to make your situation worse by getting ripped off.
I would suggest to keep looking things take time this i know. But do not give up no matter what anyone tell you and how cruel some people maybe. i believe you will find a company that will work with you. Look over your credit report and your credit before you go putting yourself out there.
