The trust fund may have contained the entire estate with nothing left for the will. A probate for your mother should have been opened and thw will submitted for probate even if no assets left for will to dispose of. If this is the case the probate record is open as a public record at the court house where your mothers estate would have been probated. Surely you have a copy of the trust agreement? This should give you the right to audit the trust accounts if you are a beneficiary. See a lawyer in the county where your mom lived or died won't cost that much to clarify everything for you. Remember trusts hold the assets for you after death and OUTSIDE of any will. The will can only take care of those things that are not in the trust. |

No, its not a part of the public record. You would probably need to go to court and get an order to see it if he wont let you. Sounds like you are rich, so why be so cheap in trying to get it for free anyway? |

i dont believe there is an online way to see it.it seems maybe your mom's will may contain something thAT NEEDS TO WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE A CERTAIN AGE.ASK YOUR BROTHER WHY HE WONT LET YOU SEE IT.IF YOU HAVE A TRUST FUND,THEN YOU WANY GET IT UNTIL YOU ARE THE AGE SPECIFIED,OR FINISH SCHOOL,WHATEVER YOUR MOTHER REQUESTED.GOOD LUCK AND IM SORRY

It sounds like you are a minor. Anybody whose names mentioned in the will would have had a chance to read the will after she died. Since you didn't get to read, you must have been too young and your brother must be the trustee. I guess you may even be under his care. If you think your brother is somehow mishandling the trust fund which should be used on your behalf, contact your family lawyer and see what he would say. I doubt, unless there is something really wrong, anybody would intervene though. Maybe act more mature and then ask your brother if you can see the will or ask other relatives to help with the situation. |

Subtly try to find out who the lawyer is that is handling the will. Contact the lawyer. If you are of age, there is no way he won't let you read it. |

It's probably not on line. You need to see the executor of the will, the trustee, the court where the will was filed, or hire your own lawyer to get you access to it. |
