Hi.
We are in a mess and I don't know what to do.
Basically we are selling our house which we took out a secured loan on 12 months ago.
When we sell there is an amount outstanding of the secured laon and we went to the bank to try and get the money to cover it but they turned us down.
We are supossed to be moving into our rented house in 2 weeks time but need the money to sell our house first.
I feel so sick as if we don't move soon we will lose the rental house and are going to get repossessed and end up in a scruffy council house surrounded by junkies.
I am out of ideas as what to do. Applied to tenant laons and have already paid them the 50 quid ad then read all about them and how they just scam you.
I feel such a fool and utterly helpless.
PLEASE HELP!!! I AM DESERATE FOR A LEGITIMATE WAY FORWARD.

The type of loan you need is called a bridging loan which is a loan for a very short period around 3 - 6 months. but bridging loan in google.
Because you need the money to sell you house the credit search critera is a lot lower. even if the bank has turned you down |
