sooooo many ways to go about it.
invest in a promising company, deal in stocks, kidnap sum1 really rich and ask for ransom(this is by far the quickest way), get ur leg insured for a lot of money, then intentionally loose your leg in an accident while making it look accidental. these are some crappy ideas.
read "Not a penny more, not a penny less" by jeffery archer. has some brilliant, amazing, practical get rich fast ideas. use these ideas to build up an idea of your own. |

I cant answer on behalf of those people who have that amount of money. but im sure that it is a hard earned money than doesn't come to them overnight . it may come from diff source e.g business, investments , hard work determination.plus guidance and blessing of someone up there.
