You know how I would share it and have my cake and eat it? I'd get me a property and a good one, at a good area or an area that is about to kick off and it be a property with quiet a few bedrooms. Then I'll rent off to people who are professionals, got high income.
That way, I make ongoing income and and my friend got a kid, so by the time his son is 19 years old, I would have made enough from that property, to buy another one and leave this one to his son.
One youth not to be indebt and can concentrate on studying instead of working heart out for some student loan cause his dad so want his son to have top grades, and I like my mate to have a damn smile on his face for once. This will do it! |

I'd pay off my debts then put several thousand into a children's cancer charity, the local children's science museum, and the symphony. |

I'd still have to say yes,I'd share it with my family,as I know it would mean a lot to them if I shared in my good fortune. My parents especially would deserve a treat after all they have done for me over the years. |

looking at the face of it, you would think you could, but in reality £100,000 does not go far when compared to paying off your mortgage, buying a car and enhancing your annual income.
I would probably throw a big party to treat family and friends though! |
