No.

You will need to transfer the money into your bank account from Paypal by clicking the "withdraw" tab and following the instructions as prompted.

The money will remain in Paypal until you withdraw it.

How do I withdraw funds from my PayPal account?

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the Withdraw link.
3. Click the Withdraw funds to your bank account link.
4. Enter the requested information and click Continue.
5. Click Submit.

no, it stays in your paypal account till you manually transfer it to your bank account, free transfer takes about 3 days i think, and they do email you letting you know you received a payment. =]

No it goes into your PayPal account. You have to transfer it into your bank account. Which can take 3-5 days.

No! It will stay in your PayPal balance until you transfer it yourself.

no, it will be in your paypal account....you can spend it back on ebay, or deposit it into your bank account. on the uk paypal the tab that lets you send money to your bank account says 'withdraw' (withdraw from paypal to bank account!)

Good luck!

No..... I had someone send me money over paypal and it took a few days for me to get the money. I had to go into paypal and file the transaction or something like that at the bottom of my page and then it took a bit for it to go into my account. But once you do that it will go into your bank account...

It will go into your Paypal account- they do offer an ATM card that you can get for your account, that way when the money comes in the future, you can use the card as a credit card if you have money on it or go to the ATM and automatically take it out when it says it is available online. I have always had the ATM card, so other than that card, I am not sure. So in the future, if you have their ATM card, and the money gets posted and you get a confirmation email that the money is there, then you can take it out right away

It goes to your Paypal account and then you click on withdraw, then choose to send it to your bank account. It takes 3-5 days for it to hit your checking account.

EDIT: I have the debit card and of course there are fees all the way around. If it's a big amount, it might be worth it, if it is small, just wait for it to be deposited into your bank account...THAT option is free.

Lucky
well it goes into your paypal account, then you have to claim it to your bank account

Seems like it's very instant. Guess it depends upon the hours that the banking institutions are officially "open". If I paypal someone by early afternoon, it hits my bank right then and there. It appears that the seller gets paid by the next morning. It is very quick!
