Wrong, you need to research the M3 level and the fall of the dollar more.
Inflation is way over that. Just look at your electric bill. Look at the price of gas. Look at the price of food.

We have about 5K in credit debt...Most of that is furniture.
I am happy because we didn't over extend to buy our house. We bought our house right when they were sloppy with the money.
They would have loaned us 100K more than we needed! Thats crazy! we don't even have kids we don't need that much house... |

No credit card debt. I pay off my credit cards every month. Always have, always will. Crap economy? You haven't seen anything. Go back to the times of Jimmy Carter. 17% mortgages, 20% inflation, 10% unemployment, deep recession.
Today mortgages are 5.5%, unemployment around 5%. Inflation around 4%. And the last quarter actually showed growth (a recession is defined as TWO consecutive quarters of negative growth, we haven't had one).
This is not a crap economy. Back to history and economics class for you. |
