Did you know a bank can not discriminate on a loan based on the age of the borrower? She could go and borrow 250K on a 30 fixed rate.
She offered you a loan, and provided the terms...upto you to accept them or refuse them. She knew the risk and no one twisted her arm to lend the funds.
On the other hand is 1,000 dollars worth loosing a good friend over or neighbor..heck pay her back ASAP.. She might be worth more later ...HAHAHA |

I hope you're kidding. If not, she is probably offering it to you and will never make you pay it back, doing it out of the goodness of her heart and you're sitting here trying to think of whether or not you can scam her. Soul search my friend. Just for thinking this way, I wouldn't take it if I were you. Bad karma. |

Where is your self respect? Where is your moral? Where is your integrity?
Your neighbor wants to help you out due to the goodness of her heart, and you are wishing for her to die.
You need a good smack on the head.
If you really need the money, I suggest making a plan to pay her back.
Save at least $20 a week for example, and you will have enough to pay her back within a year.
If she dies before you pay her back, I guarantee you will feel guilty for the rest of your life. |

You shouldn't. She is 93 and you never know what will happen to her..... Good idea not to borrow money from her. |

Are you serious? You are planning to commit fraud on a 93 year old woman? Would you appreciate someone doing that to your grandmother?
Nobody with even a small sense of their place in society would even ask that question. In that one paragraph, you have displayed several antisocial personality traits that will eventually cause you significant difficulties (if they have not already).
Take a long look in the mirror and search your soul. You will find the answer to your own question. If you don't experience some remorse for even thinking about doing this, then you have a serious problem you need to get help for. |

I would say the neighbor's character is a bit stronger than yours. If she is generous enough to loan you the money, make a plan to pay her back, even if you just pay for $25 a month or whatever you can afford. You should insist on drawing up a contract that both of you feel good about. Why would you want to take advantage of someone who is being kind to you? |

If she is giving you the money, thats fine but if she is letting you borrow it in hopes you'll pay her back, then thats another issue. Now your saying, your thinking of waiting her out, if she dies before you can pay her back, will you feel guilty? |

You can try this. They don’t ask for a credit card or any money, like the scam sites.
You won’t get rich though.
It’s about $100 per week. They pay by Paypal and check.
I have posted pictures of Paypal payments I have received, as proof.
