Should I offer money to my friend?
So the Backstreet Boys are back and I asked my friend to go with me to the concert. The tickets cost $60 and she replied "I can't afford it :(". I just finished babysitting and earned $50- Then I thought I could offer it to her or at least half.
Should I offer her any/half the money as a loan?
Or not bring it up at all and go w/o her?

You should never loan someone money, that just encourages debt and for them to spend more than they have. Perhaps she doesn't think it is a wise way to spend that much money, even if she had it. If you want her to go, then buy two tickets and invite her. That is what a friend does.

If you want to "give" this money to your friend, go ahead. But don't loan money to friends and relatives. You will certainly strain if not lose those relationships. Good luck.

If you want her with you... then you buy the tickets and invite her and call it a gift.
She made it clear that she does not have the money to buy the ticket herself and can't afford to go.
Be a good friend and buy her a ticket... and with any luck she is a real friend that will find a way to make it up to you on her own.
