Single mother, working 2 jobs and going to school. I need a loan!!?
Hello, I am single mother in Georgia. I have a 2 year old daughter. I work 2 jobs and I am also a part time student. I fell on hard times after having my daughter. A lot of bills backed up and it is hard to pay them. My credit score is not that great right now due to the old bills. Now that I have a secure full time job plus a part time, I am ready to get everything back on track. I dont get any help financially from my daughter's father or any other family members. I am looking to get a Loan for about $3000 or more to pay off all my debt. I am a very reliable, honest person. I just need a little help. I tried applying for food stamps and other government assistance, but they say my income is over the gross income limit for them. I am not even able to get insurance for my daughter or myself from them. Right now I am paying for school out of pocket with no financial aid. Is there anyone kind enough to help me out? Thank you so very much! Any help is well appreciated!
Additional Details
Also to add: I have tried applying for School loans, and I have been denied.. maybe because of my past credit issues. Plus I dont have anyone that can co-sign for me

I have read the 47 previous answers and most of them are scams! Please do not respond to offers of easy loans on online as they will steal your identity and use it to borrow in your NAME! They may ask you for a fee up front, and you will never receive a cent.
Listen to genuine answers like mine we are hear to help. I am sorry I am in the U.K. SO CANNOT DIRECT YOU TO A GOOD SOURCE FOR A LOAN. I admire your strength.

www.fafsa.org. Get you FINANCIAL AID. If your don't qualify for a Pell Grant. YOU WILL GET AT LEAST $2500 in loans.

The Student loan program is the best because it will cover all of your tuition and then give you the rest.

Start with FAFSA.org.

I make a lot of money and I will still e taking out loans to pay for my schooling and the rest will pay part of my mortgage.

Don't worry if you make too much. you still get the loans.

Also, does your company help you get your degree?

Yeah your in a bad situation... you need to apply for a PEL grant for school and stop paying for it out of pocket.. single parents are assisted by the federal government for school loans.

If your credit score is bad and you have no collateral you may not be able to get a bank loan but there are special companies out there who assist high risk people with loans however the interest rates are very high and it may not be worth your while.. you'd have to sit down and do the math...

The other thing you can do is let somethings go until you can pay them off.. like cell phones, Internet access, other extras that you don't really need.. things that are just nice to have.. this will probably help you get your budget in order..

If your looking for a hand out.. you may have to wait a long time.. Be strong you can do it!!!

dont know about america, but in england we have what is called citizens advice. if you go to them they can see if you can make affordable payments on your bills. they will add up what you owe and work out how much you can afford to pay, then see if the companies will accept that. most companies would rather have their money in installments than not at all .things like telephone and electricity if you ring when the bill comes in and ask they wait a week or two for their money or let you pay by installments.
if you do finally decide to take out a loan to sort yourself out, do it with a proper bank or building society, and make sure you can afford to pay it back plus have a little left for emergencies.please dont take any offers made from here, you dont know what you are getting into.
i think you are doing a great job, with your little girl, and working so hard. please dont take on more than you can afford.
i got in a mess once and took out aloan of just a little more than i needed to pay everything off, and what a great feeling not to owe anyone. i wish you all the luck in the world, and dont work so hard you miss your daughter growing up, that would be such a shame. hope this helps
i also agree about the student loan, that should help

I've been there and you don't need a loan. A loan will not help you pay the bills you have backed up because then that loan will be something that you still have to pay and you'll still be in the hole. This is the time for you to make some tough decisions for you and your child.

The first thing you need to do is make the father financially responsible for the child you both brought into this world. File for child support through the appropriate entity at the county level. Social Services will help you file the paperwork. Second, get a better full time job (with tuition reimbursement) and get rid of the second job. The baby sitting fee you pay is probably equal all of the earnings you make for that part-time job anyway and that's a waste of your money and the time that you could be spending with your child. The third thing you need to do is put your school on hold until your child enters the school system at age 5-6 and use that money to pay for the bills that got backed up. After your child starts school full time, then you will be in a better position financially to go to school and your company will be able to help you out with the tuition as well.

Try student loans. The amount you are qualified for depends on your year of study and finances. First fill out a fafsa online [http://www.fafsa.ed.gov] because it is considered financial aid. Then you will be able to borrow 2 different ways (subsidized or unsubsidized) which means that if you have financial need you will get some amount of a loan that the dept. of education will pay interest on until you get out of school.
Look under Federal Student Aid Programs.
