They are taking my money!!?
Okay, I had applied for a loan back in February, but it was one of those where you had to pay £50 up front (which I felt dodgy with).
The Company it shows is Post Net LTD on my statements and they are taking £25.50 from me a month! What is it for? I cant find anything on the company, theres no direct debit set up or anything.
Who are they? and can I get my money back? if so How?
They have taken nearly £200 from me altogether! Thats alot fo money!

go to your bank tomorrow and tell them to stop all payments and ask to see paper work for that company they should pay back that money to your account unless you sign by mistake and gave permission good luck

Why didnt you notice this before?

contact your bank and ask them investigate where this is going to and contact the company that you applied for the loan with.

to be honest youve left it a bit late so you might not get everything back.

emeraldisle2222
The bank should know who they are paying the money to.
Check with Citizens Advice also.

HOTSTAR
go to yr bank and cancel the standing order, there must be one set up somehow, check and cancel immediately.

there was an inside out program on bbc 1 last week and it showed a company offering loans to anyone.
loads of ppl were accepted fr the loan, so they said, but they had to pay a £50 front the services.

go look on the bbc website cos the presenter said anyone affected similarly should email him and he will help to get yr money back.

Britain is full of cons and cowboys now, one has to be very careful of who we deal with these days.
Even the govt lies openly, so what can we expect?

ALSISON M
Contact your bank and complain that the money is being taken illegally.

bluebell
Go to your bank and ask about the paperwork for this - for them to have authority to take money from your account, there has to be a standing order or direct debit authorised by you. If you have signed nothing, the bank has erroneously given out your money, and should refund you. Get on to it now, and be very persistent. If the bank is not cooperative, check with Citizens Advice or the Banking Ombudsman

tkron31
I think you should have suspected something before paying money up front for a loan. If you feel like it's dodgy, it probably is. Consult a solicitor about your possible rights concerning this matter.

Get up the bank asap.

buildypuss
stop all payments if they are direct debit and talk to your bank. Still talk to the bank.

Phone the bank and cancel the payments.
