It is a hoax. Those types of email have been circulating for several years now. Here are some questions you should ask yourself. Did I enter any Australian Lottery? How can I win if I didn't enter? Why is a Nigerian bank trying to give me money from an Australian lottery?

It's a scam. Nigeria is known for these types of scams. As an example, US banks can't open any accounts with Nigeria addresses - that might give you an idea of how commonplace the Nigeria scams are.
