Do yard work for people or wash cars, charge $15 - $20 an hour. You'll make more then working at a fast food place. Then try to get weekly customers and give them a discount, charge $15 to come once a week and mow a lawn, and every other week charge and extra $10 to wash their car.

Mowing lawns is a great way to make money. People love kids to mow their lawn because it is cheaper and convienient. Any sort of lawn work is good.

If there is a private golf course, you can see if you can caddy there. Also, at 15 you should be able to get a job at a fast food restaurant or store but your hours may be limited. Also try landscapers to see if they need anyone to mow lawns, etc. |

there is quite a few available jobs for your age depending on where you live. Does your small town have a newspaper? I knew a lot of kids when i was growing up that had paper routes. That might be a suggestion. |

There are quite a few options for you, Wild Rivers begins hiring people at about 14 years old, also it wouldn't be a bad idea to register in an "extras" agency. It's really easy, you sign up with one and you get called to be extras in movies and make about $15 an hour, the more you do it, the more you get paid. |

Dont waste your time and energy with small-time jobs. Start networking, speak to your parents, friends parents and family members. They can help you find a "real-job" that will open up for better jobs in the future. What happens when you take a job at Burger King making $6 an hour and you want a nice office job? They want skills, do filing or answer phones. This will be a great stepping stone for you. |

Great for you to start thinking about making money. Hopefully you'll also pay yourself first!!!!!! Your young and compounding will do wonders! Read some books and learn as much as you can about finance... and stay away from debt - especially credit card debt. If you can't pay it off that month's statement then don't charge it.
That being said, can you deliver newspapers, cut grass, shovel snow, household chores you can charge neighbors to do? Since you say (or think) neighbors don't have the money to spend (check them out anyway - let as many people know you'll do these jobs - you may be surprised who will pay you!)... maybe, you can get creative... make ornaments to sell, find cheap stuff on ebay or craiglist and buy and sell - at a profit of course!

im the same age and what I do is go around the neighborhood asking people if they need their lawns mowed, or any lawn maintenance done. Also, I babysit for people and pass flyers around the neighborhood at houses where I have seen little kids. Another think a lot of kids my age around here do is work at Summer Rec. (idk if you have anything like that around where you live). I also got a job doing something i love to do: directing plays, and made almost 350 dollars! See if there are any jobs in your area that you have an interest in. Do you have a workers permit? Anyway, a permit might help. Good luck! |

You can make lots of money, off the books, free of tax, that way. When you are old enough to buy a pickup truck, also buy a snowblower and a plow for it. If you live where there are lots of people with fireplaces, chop wood for them too. |
