amscot, ace, any check cashing store, the bank where the check is drawn from also will cash it without an account but you need 2 forms of Id. |

go to the bank the check is drawn on. you'll need to present probably two forms of ID...one with your picture and sig like your driver's license and another form, like registration for something or a credit card or something. some banks ask for thumbprints. some banks charge fees for non-customers. |

Why not go to the bank that issued the check?
There should be some sort of address on it. They'll definately cash if you have ID. |

Go to the bank that's on the check.
It will be the bank of the person who wrote the check. They usually cash them regardless of if you have an account because the check is from them. |

You can cash the check at the issuing bank. Lets say the person who wrote you the check had the account at Bank One or Wells Fargo. If you take the check there they will give you cash.
You can also take it to check cashing places like Check Into Cash, but they will charge you something like 10% to do it - so it is worth it to take it to the issuing bank. |

No not walmart. Look on the check itself to see what bank it is drawn on and cash it there. All you will need is ID to prove who you are. |

Probably at one of those check cashing places that take about 14% intrest because so many chacks are bogus and you need the money fast. |

You can cash it at the bank it's drawn off of, on the top or bottom left corner there should be the name of the bank and address. Also there's quick check cashing places, but they'll charge you. You can look up check cashing locations. |
