Pay attention to the winners.
You have to be a minority, buy the ticket in a run down shack of a liquor store in a no name town and it has to be a quick pick. Don't forget to not respond the winning number's for about a month for extra good luck! |

People who play the lotto amaze me.
The very best bet I've seen was on a scratch off lottery. According to the pamphlet, the odds of winning a free ticket (basically a 1 to 1 bet) were 6 to 1. Why on earth would an intelligent person play a long shot bet only to receive even money?
Another example? The big lotteries have odds of over 150 million to one. But in most cases the prize money is well below 40 million. Again, the payoff never matches the true odds. But people stand in lines to play it!
If you truely want to gamble, go to the racetrack, or even a casino to play blackjack. Your odds of winning are far greater, and the odds are fair.
Why do you think states are so anxious to offer lotteries? Because they are sucker bets, and they can make a fortune off it. |

The best pway to win it is not play. period. If you can afford to not work then don't otherwise it is a fact of life. I having been tring to retire (am 32) for the last 15 years and so far no luck although with my current projections it'll be another 3 years. the key is to work smart and invest smart and eventually you will make it. |
