My friend, a financial advisor/Investor, just gave me the 411 on savings and CD's.
If you are able to save $125 a month, thats $1500 a year. What you do is, take that $1000 or $1500 and turn it into a CD, which has some set amount of interest and forget about it. Each year you save $1000, turn it into a CD. Next thing you know, you will have well over $5000 in 5 years. If your really good at saving, try $125 per check, which is $250 a month. You will have your ten grand in five years or less. Save, save, save!! |

try auctions. say seized cars l from the bank will sell for 1/4 of the price and they are usually once a month. same with over due taxes
on property. you pay the taxes due and if the owner doesn't pay by
a certain date, that property is yours. or you could even finc. it back
to the owner and make high interest off your own money. |
