What are some ways to make alot of money when you're 13 years old?

I want to raise near 1000 dollars (I'll do anything!!!) for my future. don't ask. I know i shouldn't be concerned yet, but that's not the point. I just want to make some serious moolah by the time i am in highschool.

Ask friends & family to sponser you. You should be clear & honest with them they have the right to know what the money is for. Open a savings account at a bank & keep everyone up to date on how much you have earned & how much you need.

Enter a lottery game, u can get millions not just 1000.

Start a website and try to get people to donate (make sure the website is actually useful and unique, not something really obvious and taken) Then you just need to find ways to promote it like YouTube.

I have the same problem. I'm 13 and find that finding jobs is very difficult at this age. Most jobs aren't willing to hire you so young because of legal issues. They look for working papers and won't take you seriously. However, there is always baby-sitting and blah, blah, blah.

But another suggestion I have is to ask stores for any "odd jobs" they might have. You can ask to sweep stores every week, or clean the windows every two days.

You can also apply to do certain jobs at movie theaters and supermarkets. Usually they want you to ask a specific store if they want a "bagger" or a "cart-pusher" and you'll have more luck.

Yard sales also work, and selling old items. I'm not sure if Ebay would work, as I personally don't trust the risk of losing your stuff.

I'm sorry to say but, there's not much you can do in the way of making a lot of money at your age, not unless you win the lottery. Also be carerful how you pose your question by saying I'll do anything, because there are sick people out there that will take up the wrong way.Especially at your age be mindful what you say, and how you say it. So you start high school in a year or two. If you want to make a bunch of money, start babysitting. Or you could go the unconventional route and do yard work. Set up a flier around some neighborhoods "Looking for Babysitting work or Yard work." Call (your number here). Those are really the only options you have at 13

for your age theres nothing out there. study hard and then when you become a profesional then you will make a lot of money. there is time for everything for plastic surgery too lol.

The easiest yet fastest way i found to make some pocket money last year was to lend people money, and ask for interest in return. But be careful because there are some learners who don't plan to return it at all (try lending money to trustworthy people). sell things like cookies or chips at school and earn profit.

I would recommend working at a job for 2 years and keep asking for promotions

Trust me, you should do mowing lawns, charge 25$ a yard, 4 yards in 1 day is $100!

the usual thing for 13 year olds to do in my area is take other peoples posessions and put them on ebay such as: car stereos, washing from the line, push bikes, fishing stuff from sheds etc.You could make a killing if you look in your neighbours house...

they are hiring jobs at chicka-fil-a for 13 year olds oh wait i think it's for 14 years old but you can sell of your old stuff that you dont really want anymore like small clothes or some babyish books or movies that you've outgrown (i will never outgrow my baby books and movies) and i dont think it's possible for a 13 year old to raise 1000 dollars but if you do make that much money i suggest you've made worlds history of all 13 years old

babysitting, yard work, CAR WASH!!! lol you could rake leaves, mow the lawn, sweep driveways for like 10 dollars, go around your street. You could also bake brownies and cookies and have a little bake sale and sell lemonade

ok that first guy should be reported. never EVER do that. it's really hard for a 13 year old to make money especially these days. teenagers are getting kicked out to make more jobs for adults who may have kids they need to feed, but no college education or even all of high school. i should know. i'm 17 and it's hell finding another job. lots of my friends have gotten fired and replaced with adults as well. i'm sorry, but the only things you'll really be able to do are babysitting ( i suggest you get CPR certified), dog walking, petsitting, mowing lawns, raking leaves, and other odd jobs you can find for your neighbors or perhaps your parents co workers. all put together those jobs will make a good bit of money, but remember to be assertive. don't let people take advantage of you because of your age and they will try. don't take less than say 7$ and hour or so for babysitting. i charge 10$. make price minimums. if they want to pay you less then say you're terribly sorry, but you're not interested or you have a prior commitment. that's true. you have a commitment to make money and not give your services to cheapskates. don't make your prices unreasonable though. i also suggest that you give the money you make to your mom and ask her to put it in an account for you. ask her help you refrain from spending it, but don't let her forget that it's YOUR money and not to be spent by anyone but you. i trusted my parents once and asked them to start an account for me. i raised 200$ and they spent it on bills. i demanded they pay me back and i never EVER trusted them again. hope this helps! good luck!

oh i see some serious moolah making. put up flyers for babysitting, i make $8 an hour but you could even raise that price to 9 or ten. being a mothers helper along with babysitting makes extra money, it means you help the mom with chores around the house.
also try yard work and odd jobs like cleaning out rooms or putting up christmas lights even for old couples who cant do it themselves

You could make quite a bit of money over time by doing odd jobs, such as mowing the lawn, babysitting, etc.

That is hard. Go to school, finish and you'll get more than that.

sell some of the stuff you don't want anymore on ebay or craigslist

i'm trying to make money and i'm 13 too.
1. ask your parents to pay you for doing chores. but make sure it's reasonible. (my parents pay me $3 to take care of the cat for 1 WHOLE WEEK. also don't fight if you get money taken off because you missed a day. when you fight they'll want ot stop paying you)

2. babysit! $4 or $5 bucks an hour is a good rate

3. become a mother's helper (maybe $2 bucks an hour)

4. to a bike wash! maybe $5.00 a bike and do a really good job so ppl come back again!

5. dog walk

6. mow lawns

7. pull weeds

8. yard sale

9. bake sale

Tutoring --- "I think that some parents would love someone to help their kids with math over the summer... or even help a child with reading skills." "Double-bill yourself as The Babysitting Tutor, with a pack of flash cards, books, etc. You could get big bucks from smart parents that want their kids to get a good educational background."

Mowing lawns, or other yard work. "Or farm work if there are farmers near you."

Walking dogs. You have to like dogs, or at least not be afraid of them. If you know pet owners who are going away on vacation, you could also ask if they need a pet sitter.

Lemonade (and cookie) stand. I think this only works well on a street where a lot of hot people (like joggers) go by, and if it is not just powdered stuff. Also, you need supplies, which cost money. I have never tried selling lemonade, but I have been one of the hot people who bought it.

Bake sale --- "Bake and sell homemade goodies to your neighbors. And bring your leftovers to your grandparents!!(smile)"

Coffee stand --- "Get up early and set up a commuter coffee stand (fresh brew and your homemade muffins) by the train, bus station, highway...etc." (check with your parents first.)

Garage sale --- "Sell your old toys and video games for a good price to younger kids." Check with your parents first.

BABY SITTER

If you child likes younger kids, then a baby sitter is a popular choice. Parents often need a good and reliable baby sitter to watch their kids. This position can be even expanded into a baby sitting service, by joining together a group of people who can offer baby sitting services to all the parents in the neighborhood.

PARENTS HELPER

A parents helper is similar to a baby sitter. However, if your child is too young to baby sit on their own, then a job helping parents is a good opportunity. They can help watch someone's kids, assist with the feeding, playing, or doing chores around the house. Later, once your child is older, they would likely have gained some references for regular baby sitting work.

HOUSE CLEANING

Instead of a parents helper, your child could simply do house cleaning. There are many chores that would be suitable such as vacuuming, dusting, etc.

LEMONADE STAND

Everyone is familiar with the old fashioned lemonade stand. Of course, this is a seasonal business, depending on your location. During other times of the year, it could be a warm apple cider business -- but be careful if your child needs to handle hot items. Also try selling coffee, donuts, snack bags, or other food items. If possible, set up a booth at a local community fair, or sale if allowed.

In addition to food, there is the possibility of selling other types of items. Is your child good at crafts? Then have them make their own artwork to sell. Sometimes, a combination of food and items makes a good business.

CAR WASHING

Car washing is a needed service in many communities. Have your child get together with a few friends to offer to wash local cars. As an addition to this business, they can sell items mentioned in the lemonade stand section above while people wait for their car to be washed. See what other professional car washes charge in your area, and price the services competitively.

ANIMAL CARETAKER

If you child enjoys animals, then try an animal caretaker business. This might involve walking dogs, dog washing, or general grooming.

HOUSE AND PET SITTING

If a neighbor is taking a trip or vacation, then taking care of their house and/or pets may be an opportunity. This may include watering plants, and any other chores they may need.

LANDSCAPING

Cutting grass, weeding, trimming, planting flowers, and other landscaping jobs are abundant. Scan the neighborhood for homes that need landscaping services. In the spring, offer to plant flowers, or do winter clean-up.

SNOW REMOVAL

In the winter time, many people need to have their driveways or sidewalks shoveled. This job works best when a group of kids can work together shoveling several houses. Create a business, and make arrangements to shovel peoples houses before the snow storm.

babysiting i very good, help your parents and get paid, it's summer and school is out work at a camp, and these are just a few go on google and type job for kidsor somthing like that!

you could steal money.. lol... idk! oh ok, here is what my friends did, they sent out an email to all of the parents at our old elementtary school and gave their number and stuff and people started calling them all the time... my friends got like $800 in two months... lol thats an exageration but still.. she makes a ton of money!!!
