Let's face it, YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU!!! That means that the chance is 100% that at one's death, all of their wealth goes to some one else. That is what a will is for!!!
While one is still alive, one can make one's wealth grow by wise investments, giving to a chosen few charities, titheing to God so that God will bless you, and knowing about tax write-offs and Stretch IRA accounts. Wealthy people know about having a trustworthy financial advisor who has a list of MAY HAVE people and charities, who will say , "no" to all others.

I can't quote you any exact odds, but it has happened plenty of times. Some people have made and lost fortunes more than once. If the wealthy person avoids debt and doesn't get involved in shaky business dealings, his chances of keeping his money are much better, but there are no guarantees. |

That depends on how rich and how they got their money in the first place..
For example, there have been many people who became rich over night (won millions on lotterys) and are back to being broke now.
Some rich people make bad investments and lose every cent, or they gamble their money away or just go stupid and spend it like there is no tomorrow.
So the chances are pretty high. |

Easy, many people that became rich overnight was bankrupt within a year.
Poor money management and budgeting.
They buy an expensive house, car, boat and other luxuries. Then when they have to pay taxes, insurance, maintenance, utilities, and gasoline for everything.
Before they know it all their money is gone and then they are in debt.
Rich just means you have a lot of money, which can be easily lost.
The wealthy on the other hand diversify their money into stocks, bonds, investments, money market savings accounts even mutual funds.
They live off the interest of the money and plan for the future.
They have little chance of losing all their money. |

depends what they do. if they own a big buisness and an idea they thought that was great ended up makeing them lose money that wud be one way. also if some1 is rich by playing the stock market something could happen and they could end up having worthless stocks. well trust me they wudent spend money on an idea unless it was a sure thing to make cahs and also people who make alot of money playing the stock market are usually smart and the chances of something drastic happening on a safe stock is slim.
so the answer is that the chances of some1 rich becoming broke is really low |
