Citibank. They require you open a savings and if you are overdrawn in your checking, they automatically take it from your savings so you have the money to cover it. It's a $5 fee, but it's better than the overdraft fee of $25+ and not having the funds to cover it

its not the banks fault if you cant balance your checkbook then eventually you will get an overdraft fee...stop using the debit card and pay for everything with cash might help....
