Get a job and take just a couple of classes at a time, until you are able to graduate. It may be hard but you can do it and some day you will be glad you did. |

You can get a loan through Sallie Mae and you don't need a cosigner. Granted the interest rates are a bit higher, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do... |

Fed Ex hires college people part time, and will assist with some of the cost. Check out there web site, it may not be enough but it is a start. Also, I have heard through the years about governmental loans, low interest which you may have already tried. Depending upon you field of study, sometimes firms will give you an internship (job plus pay for some of your credits). I hope you succeed, if you have to come out for a semester, please go back to finish up. |

Then go seek the counselor to see what they can help you. |

maybe your can try deferring for a year like my friend, get a job and work to pay off your school? Have you spoken with your counselor about this? They could give you some good advice. I really hope everything works out. |

Have you talked to anyone in the financial aid office? I'd try that for starters. Do you have anyone close who isn't family who may be able to cosign a loan for you? That would be my next suggestion. Other than that, if you can't get the loan and can't get any help from the financial aid office at your school, you may have to take one class at a time until you have your financial aid restored. Good luck. I know what it's like to be going through it. I hope you get the help you need! |

Don't give up. How about scholarships. Did you try Sallymae.com they have been dealing with school loans since the beginning of time. If they can't help you try Credit Unions. Just make sure that you don't sign anything till you find out the interest rate, when you will have to pay back the money that you borrow and how much you will have to pay each month. Make sure that the interest rate is low. To find out how much is the lowest. Shop around and ask the same questions to at least three different lenders. Most of these lenders will lend you the money, and you don't have to pay it back now. You can pay it when you graduate or sometimes you can ask for more time till you find a job. Unless you don't continue with your education. In this case you might have to pay it as soon as you stop going to school. Good Luck ** |

The same thing happen to me right after registering for classes. My advisor emailed me to inform me that my student loans were maxed out. I have 12 classes left to graduate with my Bachelor's Degree.....no money to put towards school because I'm a single parent, this sucks! |
