What credit card is better - see details....?
What card is better for rewards? I'm not carrying a balance. Looking strictly for rewards/value.

It may not be the best, but I always been happy with my Discover Card. Works well as long as you alway pay it off ever month.

Reward Visa

I have read bad about them both. I don't know a good one. I fly a lot so I use a Delta card. Gets me lots of free plane tickets.

the visa rewards is better but if you are trying to build credit american exp. and discover build credit fast and a home phone also does

peach31522
i would say it would be the Rewards Visa, because i have found that it has better rewards, benefits and interest rate are lower.

Go with the CitiCard. Credit cards are bad all together though. The interest you end up paying back is more than the value of whatever rewards you may be getting. It isn't worth paying $1000 in interest for a "free" $500 plane ride.

go with the one with the lowest annual fee.

All Credit cards are bad. If you can't pay cash, you don't need it.

Citi® Dividend Platinum Select® Card

I myself have Citi and have not been impressed with their rewards. They have a tendency to give greater rewards on the things you should not need to use a credit card for....groceries, gas. Yet if you ALWAYS plan to pay the balance in full, you could probably spend plenty in gas and get what you are looking for in rewards!
