I would think that they will ask you a few questions and determine if you do infact owe them and then set up a pmt. plan. I'd try to get a loan or credit card to cover the expense. Good luck. |

Legal counsel would be a good idea. If you did what they're saying you did, maybe the lawyer can keep you out of jail, and if you didn't do it, the lawyer might be able to present your case better than you could. |

i have the same problem, if you have reported it, by phone and not submitted cards, at the time of the black out, then you have a good chance, but they will say pay it back more likely, when u get a full time job tell them only take 20%as you have to pay rent and bills. they tryed 50%with me |
