I wouldn't think of myself as rich until I never had to think about what I was spending (not ridiculous stuff). Never had to wait till the next paycheck or till the next month.

I am rich when I can pay my bills comfortably and without deciphering which one I should pay.

I am rich when I can pay cash for what I need and some of the things I reeeeally want. I would like to treat myself without feelig so guilty about it.

I am rich when my means of living is more than a hole for an apartment, a horrible "somebody's-got-to-do-it-and-I-gotta-mak... job, and a "point-a-to-point-b" car.

I hope I didn't get too carried away. Money drives me nuts! lol!

My dad makes like $300,000 a year and we have decent sized house (6,000 sq feet.)
But i dont consider us rich, i consider us well off...
in some places i guess that it might be considered rich, but we're more, upper middle class.

I would probably consider $150,000 per year "upper middle class" in Southern California, where a starter home is about half a million dollars.

It's not something you can put a number too. For me, being rich would be being able to go to any restaurant I want, any time I want, and order absolutely anything I want and never worry about the bill.

Depends on cost of living in the area. $250000 is very rich in some areas, isn't enough to buy a house in others.
I would be happy to make $50000.

Income does not matter. There are plenty of people with big incomes that dont have much to show for it. The key is net worth. Anbody with a net worth of 1 million dollars or more is rich in my book.
