you really have to go to your bank . they will start the investigation there . they can tell if it was a teller withdrawal , an automatic payment , or a debit card withdrawal , and can also tell at what branch. |

If you are sure this is not some service charge billed though a third party.
You call the police and report a theft.
You report this to the bank, you block that company from any futher deduction from your account.
next you have the bank get you all the info on what type of transaction it was, authorization and so on. |

First,make sure it is not something you authorized.
Second, gather documentation to show what they did.
File the necessary paper work with your bank.
Call the state Attorney Generals Office to complain. They may have a record of complaints. Review FTC web site for further information. |

If you did not authorize the company to take money out of your account, you are protected by Regulation E. Call your bank and tell them you did not authorize it and you want it reversed under Regulation E. |
