There are lots of ways to get rich, however to build real wealth in my opinion, Real Estate is the only way. I don't mean owning two houses and renting one to the locals. I mean land development. Land is a prized commodity because there isn't anymore being produced and so the existing land is changing hands. Even with the subprime bust there is still money to be made. People still need places to live, places to shop and park and whether the occupants buy or rent someone has to own the land. Furthermore this method of wealth building is older than all technology trends. Real wealth is made in technology by trailblazers when the technology is new and the implications of the technology are unknown (JP Morgan, Gates). But while our technology moves from wood chips to micro chips the one who owns the land upon which the technology is built will make money. |

i agree and disagree with you...... yes, "money-making websites" are very annoying, but i do think you should aim for higher education, save your money where you can, and, remember, there's two ways to get money in this world: get it from parets (cough cough, not naming names here), or WORK!!!! look through the classifides in the newspaper and look around online; there's got to be someone out there looking for an employee.... if you look around a bit, u're boung to find a job with decent hours and good pay.

Saving is A way and part of a number of ingredients necessary to secure wealth. Money made quickly only happens in three ways: lottery/gambling, illicit means or finding/discovering it hidden. The first two two are the main all time biggest money makers. Ultimately its adjusting a personal equation to income vs. expenses. Obviously in that difference saving is key as it gives you room to "play" with investments and take advantage of distress, which ALWAYS exists no matter what the current economic mood. The key is realizing potential and being able to complete an investment.
Either which way, work is always the key word.

I think the key to being financially stable is to live beneath you means. Not owing anyone anything is hugely empowering even if you aren't "rich". You don't need the latest gizmo or vehicle. |

You think I'm in high school! Dude I'm 20 years old! Lol. I graduated awhile ago! I'm starting college in August inshallah cause I was too late applying a few months ago. I don't think I will get my masters degree but deffinetely going to finish 2 years of college and go work as a kindergarden teach or 1st grade teacher because I absolutely LOVE kids and kids love me. If I can't do that then I want to be a child psychologist cause that's another way of helping kids out. I'm deffinetely doing one of the two inshallah, just not sure which one yet.
