I think what you mean is petty cash.
That is an amount of cash that is kept on hand for small bills and incidentals that come up during normal business. For example, buying a roll of stamps, or some office supplies.

I don't know what pretty cash means, but if it is petty cash, it's a small amounts discretionary funds in the form of cash for expenditures where it is not practical to make the disbursement by check. |

I think you mean Petty cash. It's a fund for the little things that need cash in an office, the receipts are tallied and reimbursed for more cash at the end of the month. |

After going through the 8 answers above, I got it that all of them thought you did mistake in spelling. But to me, it's all right wit "pretty cash". It means "TOO MUCH CASH" or "EXCESS AMOUNT OF CASH" in hand.
e.g. Mr. X has pretty cash at his account, yet he behaves like a poor! |
