The easiest and surest way to make a million dollars is if you already have a few million to play with. The quickest and most secure would be land or real estate investment. Even though the market is in the tank right now, it won't be forever. Example is, Invest in a home costing about 2 or 3 million say in the Hollywood Hills. Within a few years you will have probably made in excess of a million on the resale. |

There is no "surest" way of making a million dollars, except someone has agreed to give you, there's uncertainties even in that.
However, if you focus on always increasing your financial knowledges, learn the ways to think about and handle money like the rich, you will accumulate your wealth in a steady pace. In order to be rich it's not just about what to do to make a million, it's about how to use and grow your money, turn money into assets and they will generate money for you, instead of you working for more.
I recommend Robert Kiyosaki's book series, that's really good financial education resources.
Lastly, everything takes effort, except some are enjoyable while others are not. |
