I would say roughly $30k and up for middle class, and $90k and up for upper middle class. For one person's income.
Keep in mind I live in an area with a high cost of living. And if you did a survey asking people what class they consider themselves, the vast majority would say they are middle class. |

Upper middle class and middle class aren't just based on income but also on lifestyle, but if I had to say, i'd go with around 60,000 annual income for a family of three is middle class. I'd say around 150,000 annually is upper middle class. I make 34000 and I consider that working class. |
