Nidsi, a lot of ideas, but unfortunately only a few are suitable for India.
My idea is supply items to the local bakery, cutlets, appams, jilebis etc. |

Hi
Tough time for sure.Firstly I think you will come out fine because you are thinking of doing something not sitting n wallowing in self pity.
1.As someone said is it possible to give this house for rent and move to smaller one.
2.If not that then do u have space to run your moms classes....first make the space then people can come. You get the point.
3.You must focus on studying because all said and done you can still goto school and eat.And just like if you damage a small tender leaf then even when the leaf grows the damage magnifies.....so you must at all costs study very hard. This is the most boring but necessary thing to do.
4.If you can cook you can consider starting a food business.
make a list of various business possibilities.Go in for what people around u need. And watch for what opportunities are naturally arising.
Keep the faith.Focus on what you have and what you can do with it.Not on the negative.
All the best.
I strongly suggest you avoid doing a job as far as possible. You may help your mom in other ways like cooking etc.Once you get into a job its frustations will pile up.Stay patient and work hard..keeping your mind calm.Tough times never last, tough people do. |

Well if your father and mother are married, he should help her out. Otherwise, she should divorce him and reap the benefits. He will be forced to pay her for child support and alimony.
However, you are a child. This is NOT your responsibility. This is your parents' job. They should take care of you and your brother and make sure you do NOT know of any money problems they may have. You need to worry about school and being a kid and that's it! Any money you make YOU should save for your school. SHAME on your parents for letting this money situation be known to you.
They are the parents and they should take care of the family needs. See a lawyer and see what benefits your mom can get from your dad if she leaves him. He is not a man for not helping with the bills. His money is her money as well. Shame on him. |

you can go for any part time jobs.
I am not sure whether you are studying. 15 yrs of age .. so you must be in 10'th / 11'th range. I would prefer you to go for college /school and continue your education and in the evenings / weekends you can go for a job may be in a super market or some shops near by etc;
don't stop your education! |

At this age you can do least in terms of earning. You can manage some more students for your mom's computer classes from your school friends' families. You can also take private tuition classes of small kids of your neighbours. You can also suggest your father to build a small part house and give it for rent so that the loan payment burden can be minimised. Keep a watch that everybody in your family live in peace... |

You can babysit and give half the money to your mother. Put most of the rest of it in a bank account to save for emergencies. Give yourself a small occasional treat. |

You can try the data entry, data conversion , CAD, transcription, freelance writing, software and other computer work at home jobs posted on the website http://whj.in . Software jobs will pay well and are easily available, if you are willing to spend some time learning web design, PHP and Java.
All jobs are 100% free but you have to spend time applying for the jobs. |

Hi Hidsi, I know about that sort of thing. My folks had a hard time meeting the bills when I was 15. Here are some idea's:
Do you have a good relationship with your neighbors? Perhaps you could baby-sit for couples that want a night out by themselves, or you could help tutor some little ones in grade school on reading, writing, and arithmetic. Ya know, the basics. Another idea to consider, is a shopping service for the elder people who can't get out of the house for whatever reasons. Say for instance, they give you x # of dollars with a list, and they pay you a small fee for running the errand. Develope a reputation for being trustworthy and honest, and I bet you could get a lot of clients. Another thing that you could try, is going to flea martkets and yard sales, buying stuff real cheap, and reselling the items with a mark-up at your own yardsale. Just buy in another neighborhood, so that people don't see their old stuff. Those are three idea's off the top of my head, I'm sure that there are more if you think about it. Ask your Mom for her input, and I bet between the two of you, you'll come up with something good. Good luck to you, I wish you the best. ;-) |

Learn and try to obtain a job first by the age of 22 or before.
Then sell off your 25Lac house or give a part of it for rent to a family. |

I think you don't know so much about your family expense and as per your comments I think you came to know all this when your mom or dad explain it in one hour. Now please be clear that you nedd money for what? for your family expense or for your own expense or entertainment. Go for study as it is best option for your and your family's future. |
