You never know. Since you already love your job, you would be leaving that environment for the unknown. There are more things in life than money and enjoying your job is a big deal. You probably spend more time at work than doing anything else, so if you love that place, see if they can give you a pay bump. Nothing is worse that spending 40-60 hours a week at a place you don't enjoy. |

Have you tried bargaining at your current job? Maybe if they knew you were getting more attractive offers elsewhere, they might consider boosting your current salary so you didn't have that urge to leave. |

think hard about what you're giving up/leaving. Are all the benefits and perks (401k matching, health plan, vacation time) the same or better with the new job? or will you have to start over - like only getting 1 week vacation the first yr, etc. Negotiate, so you get everything at least as good with the new job as the old, plus the better pay - BUT...check them out to make sure it's a stable company, not a lot of turnover - either people getting fired or quitting because they can't stand it |

Stay where you are!!! I did this exact same thing once, and really regretted it. I went back to my old job. Luckily they hadn't filled it yet. You'll regret it. |
