As long as the serial numbers match and you have 3/4 of the bill, you can tape it and it should be accepted anywhere you purchase something. If you still feel unsure about it, take it to your bank and they will replace it. They will put it in with their mutilated money to be shipped back to the Fed Reserve where it will be destroyed for good.

Tape it and give it to a bank. As long as the serial numbers are intact they have to replace it.

just tape it together with some clear scotch tape. nobody should tell you they can't accept it. I've done that before, and they accepted it just fine.

id tape it....ive had it happened to me and one cashier wouldnt take it but the next one did. since its only a buck, id just tape it and try until someone accepted it. Good luck!
