Depends on where you live. If you're making 50 grand in central Mississippi, you can live pretty high on the hog.
If you're making 50 grand in Manhattan, NY or Novato, CA, you can sleep in doorways. |

Depending on how many family members there are, spending varies greatly. But if it were up to me. I'd live on $25,000 a year and save the rest. I dont want any debt, any loans, any nice car, or own a house if I'm working my *** off to pay for it (and not be in it to enjoy it) |

Depends where you live? Do a google search for standard of living calculator. It would also depend on your mortgage/rent payment, are you married? kids? But honestly, overall it would be a modest standard of living |

On One Condition , always be medium in spending , i mean
always the neceary come first and try to reduce the rest , &
You can be in California too , it is not a miracle to do this in
California , A Lot of People have a very good living by less
than 50 k , and You can too . . .

It all depends on WHERE YOU LIVE. Let me explain. I live in Springfield, Mo. It's the third largest city in the State. The cost of living here is lower than the front cowl on a tight hugging Nascar. IF, I made that, since I'm single, let met enlighten you. I'd have a NEW Pontiac 400 hp. GTO. I'd have an apartment in an area you could leave the keys in the car. I'd be wearing new wardrobes. Pretty ladies here are undescribable. That's called demographics. In New York city, school custodians earn about $50,000 a year. They are border line POOR. They'd have to car pool. And be real street wise, to get by. WHERE DO YOU LIVE?? That's the whole calculating key, to answer your question fairly. In Springfield, I'd be shopping for a Harley, just to make sure things went well, on nice days. I'd still have enough left over to that comfortably. |
