There isn't much you can do with 70 dollars. except buy what you want, that is in that price range. You can go to Washington Mutual and open an account with a savings and checking for 1 dollar each, you can stick that in the savings plan and watch it slowly gain interest. but its not going to be that great. Good luck on making your financial decision.
