The best thing i can tell you is that if you take ur check to the bank they wont let u cash it, they will make you put the whole thing in, Ive been there and its hard but i usually took my check to the local grocery store and had them cash it it cost about 3 dollars to do that, and then take the extra money that u have after paying bills and throw it in the bank, the longer you wait the bigger problem your gonna have as far as fees of $25 dollars for each charge that will be added and collection agencys will get on your ***! So best bet is do that everytime you get a check, that way it will get paid off asap! If this helps great if not i am sorry but i know it worked for me! ~GAIL~ |

Yeah sounds like you are f*cked. Sorry... but how did you get $2000 in the negative? Maybe you shouldn't keep withdrawling money from your account if you do not have any money. You are going to have overdraft fees like b*tch. Sorry but the only thing you can to do is either ignore it and get really bad credit or be responsible and try to make payments to the bank to replace the money and all the overdraft fees. |

If you have something of value, sell it. Sell it outright, don't pawn it. Pawnshops don't usually give you anything close to the item's value when pawning so you'd have to have a lot of stuff to get that kind of money from a pawnshop. If you absolutely must, get a car title loan but make sure you agree to terms that you realistically can afford to pay back; their interest, late fees and penalties are insanely high. You need to own your car to do this. |

There are places that make payday loans online, you might check out on them and see if you can borrow the money until you get paid. I get them in my email all the time. Enter "payday loans" into your search engine and see what comes up. |

How in the world did you get that far under? Not bad checks I hope...they will take you to jail...it's check fraud. Sell something...anything, to pay your bank back...tell em' a sob story and promise to have it repaid in X days so they don't turn you over to police right away...get moving...sell DVDs Cd's your TV stereo, car, whatever...just stay outta trouble. |

Go into your bank and tell them the situation. If this is the first time you have overdrawn, you can plead and maybe they will wave the charges, if there are. Do not keep your bank out of the loop. |

That's a bummer. I'm sorry. If you have something you can sell, I would do that. Desperate times call for..you know the rest. Or you could always ask for some help from a close friend or relative. You're probably not gonna like any option. |
