If I had £25 grand I would do the following:
1) Pay off all my outstanding debts;
2) Go on a well earned holiday for 2 weeks (havent had a holiday in 3 years.
3) Put a small deposit on a house.
4) Go out and celebrate. Taking all my friends with me and pay for them to have a slap up meal. |

I would most definately use it as deposit for my first property. It is quite difficult to save money in London to get on the property ladder, despite having Ok wages. |
