1. Pay off every debt I owe...
2. Go back and make anyone I ever borrowed from was repaid fully.
3. Even if debts were charged off, I would repay them.
4. Put aside an amount necessary to insure my two daughters go to the college of their choice.
5. Set up a foundation to routine divert funds to various charities most deserving.
6. Finally, set aside $250,000,000 (don't forget how large the prize was) to hire the best lawyers on earth to force the Internal Revenue Service to fully disclose to the citizens of America who the shareholders are, if not by name, then by country of citizenship. The IRS is a private corporation (incorporated in Delaware as a for-profit company.) For-profit corporations have boards of directors yet we are not privy to this info. The so-called commissioner of the IRS, a presidential appointee, is one of only a few top IRS executives whose names we know. Even in congressional meetings, IRS execs rarely show up...These Liasons' as they are known, are simply acronyms who do the bidding of the corporate behemoths pulling their strings. We should be allowed to know if the IRS has any shareholder of significant holding that is not a citizen of the US, and what;s worse, I fear the Foreign companies, many of whom are state-run may actually be shareholders of the IRS. How does that make you feel? Suppose our politicians make decisions on the world stage that ticks off say, a member of a prominent Belgian banker...I dare not say names at this point, but if he got angry enough if he might just coax one of his life long friends to ...oh! I don't know...maybe vote against the U.S. in a security council vote on the IRAQ war...and then stir up the pot further by calling his other lifelong friend -this one the president of Spain (or Prime minister- I forget which) and get him to cut back troops if we don't back out. As influential as Wall Street is , we still have billionaires abroad who control London, and Europe, and they have lots of money come their way that is not so legal. If we are paying taxes , shouldn't it be to fix our streets, improve our schools and provide for our national defense? And furthermore aren't we always told that if the government collects too much money from the taxpayer that it should be refunded since it is "our money" to begin with? How can that be if the IRS is incorporated, the profits are legally bound to distributed to the shareholders. So who are they? And don't be misled by the "Member banks of the Federal Reserve system" are the shareholders. This is only partially true, they are shareholders of a minute portion of the supposed stock of the IRS which by the way is a close corporation. So that means there are a limited amount of shareholders. I believe the number of shareholders allowed to hold share is a mere 35, but no one knows exactly how many actual shares of the corporation exist. The registered agent on record for the IRS is listed as inactive. Which is of course illegal....Any way. my "Freedom of Information" requests have been roundly rebuffed , despite having lawyers draw up the requests,,,isn't anyone out there even curious to know? |

3 billion?
i agree with giving a portion away, but not to charity.
i'd donate to educational programs, smarter people don't need handouts.
then i'd invest in building things and travel the world. |

Well, I would buy my dream homes, cars, toys, invest in stocks/real estate, save and create a charity foundation for children with necessities around the world. I will help family and friends as well. |

I would establish my own charity -- I don't trust anybody else's charity to put it to the best use. Then I'd keep maybe $50,000,000 and donate the rest to the poor and hungry people in nations that nobody seems to really be helping. Ever.
Maybe I'd try to fund research to find actual cures for things that drug companies just keep coming up with lifelong treatments for and blocking stem cell research to keep from happening. |

1. Pay off all debt, including mortgage, and I would never owe anything again.
2. Set up funds for children.
3. Get me a Lexus LS430
4. My wife would find us a new house.
5. Tithe
6. Give a hefty chunk to each of the (adult) people I'm tight with.
7. Start an investment fund and manage it myself. There would be a comfortable cash reserve, though, in case I get crushed. |

Pay my taxes, if there was anything left (just kidding), I would try and spend it all,
I might ask people what they want ,but I not sure if I would want to give them money. I would prefer to see the money spent on thing that I value.
I more willing to pay for education , and other things that would, in my opinion by an investment in someone or everyone's future. |
