I'm so sorry finances are so tight right now. Update your resume' and see if you can get something that pays a bit more. |

You may want to check to see if you can get some kind of energy audit done in your home to better determine how the energy is being used and to offer some suggestions. Contact the company where you are paying your energy bill. |

Wear a Jacket, Install Insulation, Roof Specialy Check for drafts and fill with expanding foam. then play the heating companies off agains each other tell them the other is way cheaper and what deal can they give you. |

Either your home insulation is worthless or the bill is entirely exorbitant. Of course you have the option of moving out at the end of your lease. Take it and move to a nicer place. |

insulate the house as much as possible. Stay in one room all the time to keep the heat in one place. Wear lots of jumpers. And look at changing to a cheaper company. Oh, and eat lots of soups and hot drinks to keep warm. |

Look around for better jobs, cut down to the bare minimum on heating and air conditioning, like resorting to natural air conditioning by shutting off your air conditioner and opening a window. Whatever you do, try not to take out a loan! |
