I would buy a small affordable house maybe a low costing car. The first thing i would do besides a house and a car is to pay for the surgery my wife needs so she does not die, cost of surgery and all other expenses including 6 months recovery time 100,000 dollars. Then with the rest i would buy the house and the car, what ever is left over would go into a retirement saving plan for my son. |
