Is that £60,000 or £60.00? Probably more likely to be £60.00 for me... I'm getting low on baccy, so I'd go and buy a couple of packets of Golden V off my man, then I'd go to the market and get some of that cheap Brie, you can get a big bit for a quid, then I'd get a couple of bottles of Australian Red from Tescos. Ok, the next day I'd maybe get myself a webcam, I want one and never seem to have any spare cash so then I'd have about £34 left, hmm well I need a new pair of trousers, I could check out the local Charity shops, say I got some then that'd leave about £28, I could easily blow a tenner in the pub, then oh, I know, I could get some paint, I still need a couple of litres of white full undercoat.... If it WAS £60,000 then I'd do the above, have a holiday with about two grand of it (plus I'd need a passport which is about sixty quid these days innit?), blow another grand down the pub and stick the remaining £56,880 in someone else's bank account for tax reasons. |
