Get a loan for the amount you need $3000. Put your $1600 down as collateral. Some banks do that.
Other than that, you're out of luck.

if everyone could double their money in a short period of time, everyone would be doing it, and your money would be worthless in no time at all. The fact of the matter is that there is no easy way to make a lot of money. The way you can do it, which is 50/50 is to put all your money on black at a casino and hope for the best.
