Knowledge is the key, knowing something others don't and then selling that. You have to move around, think laterally, look at what others are buying and try to sell before you buy. Get those order books filled. Whanna buy some watches, silk, wanna know where you can have sex for free, tonight. Things like these sell and you will make a fortune, but it is sort of work.
