apply online by giving reference of your bank account

ask your bank where you hold your savings account , ask any multinational bank in your city ,on net go to sit www.icicibank.co m. they will give you the form to fill in which you have to attach your id (driving license or passport) ,your residential proof(telephone bill or the ration card) and your income proof ( IT return of the latest year) |

if you have no credit, you can get a secured visa account but you will have to deposit the amount of money you want your credit line to be. example: for a $300 limit, you'll need to deposit 300 into the bank and you may not touch it for about a year. no late payments or over the limit and you get the money back and then it will be an unsecured account. that's a start. |
