There should be a listing with your local council. As you haven't specified your area I can't be more specific, but locally we have a mobility shop which rent out wheel chairs and those mobility riders for the elderly.

You would probably have to sign some papers or something but I bet there are MANY organizations that help the elderly and crippled to do this very thing. Talk to some of them. They fund raise to buy equipment for this purpose. |
