Seeing ur needs -find a Money lender and when he agrees why not ask him for a zero percent loan and hope he is not a "Shylock" and in the contract make sure that all your legal heirs, assigns etc are never liable to pay the debt that you have taken. |

You should look into signing up with prosper.com. This is a person-to-person lending site. You should get better rates than you will pay to a commercial lender. |

I would recommend that you find something other than a loan - like getting a (second) job, and drastically cutting down on your expenses. Living within your means, and saving money for future expenses is the best way to handle your finances.
You might be able to get a loan from consumer credit counseling service which will consolidate your debts for you. |

With out it being secured, you are unlikely to find one. You could try taking a lein out on your vehicle as collataral. The thing is, you are much more likely to get a $15,000 car loan than a $2,000 loan to pay off bills. The reason is that the bank has something physical they can reposess if you default on the loan. They can sell the item off, and recoup their losses.
If your regular bank will not do it, look at getting a loan from a family member, but get papers signed with intent to pay back, what your payments will be, when it will be paid off, and whether there will be interest involved. Both parties should have a copy of the letter of intent. This will cover both your butts if something happens. Also, make copies of all payments, keep receipts, and save all of it with the letter of intent. It won't help your credit, but it will help get bills paid off.
