I'm sorry buddy, but if financial lending institutions decided to start making loans without their standard percentage fees, they wouldn't be able to pay their employees or their operating costs, and the entire economy of the business could collapse upon itself.
If you're that hard up for cash, find some family or a buddy that could front you some cash until your next payday. Otherwise you're pretty much out of luck.
