If there were no comps, maybe the person did not do their job right. When I got my home, the appraiser said the same thing, that there were no copms I searched on my own and found some comps.
Go to the web site below (Domania Web site) and enter the home's address in the Home Price Check field. Where it asks for City, State, OR Zip, just enter the zip code. It will give you a map with your new house plus below it will be several comps in the area. I betcha there are comps. Some appraisers are inept and inefficient. |

well Michigan has a great program called MSHDA.. government will back your VERY low fixed rate. 5.6 right now - think plus they help with the closing cost - you just have to live there for at least 5 years |
